Conclusion

Those three transceivers come with the same specifications except DDMI interface, and they are individually coded for used with different switches. J4858C is the upgraded version of J4858B, and it can replace the J4858B without any compatibility issues. JD118B is the H3C OEMs transceiver so it can not replace J4858C.
